Never dealt with such a rude, and unhelpful company in my life definitely avoid using this one!
No concept of what customer service is and massively overpriced.
After not even listening to what my project required (which was a microphone build), being generally short and rude, and insulting me over the phone for no reason, they then tried to tell me they charged £100 an hour for soldering work. From personal and professional experience high end pro audio repairers like Funky Junk, Miloco Repairs and many others will do full on repairs (not just soldering) starting at £45−60 an hour.
Not worth wasting your time on.
