I have an iphone.
I have a toddler.
Thus, I often have broken iphone screens.
iCracked is a great service in terms of convenience. Booking an appointment is super easy, they’ll come to your home or office to repair, and voila — back in business. At a price.
And the price is what you would expect for someone to literally come to you, in London. I think I paid around £120. I was a bit desperate as I was leaving on a trip and had no backup phone, nor time to wait for some of the other places.
The friendly duo fixed it up, double checked it, and done.
My only feedback? Cash only. What? With such a mobile facing business and smooth transaction, I was terribly miffed to have to go withdraw the cash with techs in tow and pay them off like some illicit drug deal. Accepting cards or square payments would be far more professional and would match the convenience icracked is selling.
