Fuzzy’s Grub

This sandwich shop is amazing, the food is delicious, what a great idea. It’s a lot to spend on food every day but as a treat. All the meat is organic and locally sourced, and cooked on the premises too — don’t mind paying extra for good quality and trustworthy sources of food. Bye bye diet.

I discovered something novel here one day recently. Roast dinner in a shiny takeaway tray. It works! Nice bit of Lamb on a Tuesday lunchtime with roast spuds, peas, carrots, gravy and mint sauce was yummy for about £6. I don’t usually eat Roast dinner out of the home because roast is a ‘home cooked’ meal at its finest and pubs MIRCOWAVE it which is just wrong, wrong wrong! There is an exception for the hideaway bar in wimbledon, because I have seen the process at work in the past — their roast is fine by the way. AnywayI could not beleive that the most sacred of English family eating meals had become an office worker’s lunch thanks to Fuzzy Grub’s!!!
Although, I did try to help my sins by eating it outside by a church because this place is very small (you might be able to swing a cat, but firstly that is cruel, it might be difficult to find a cat in the local area and you will hit anyone else queueing the guys behind the counter and possibly smack the tail/​head on someone walking past on the pavement (sorry got sidetracked) because this place has NO SEATING at all.

One of the smaller Fuzzy’s, bad as good as the others. Best toasts in town.
Long queues in the morning, incredibly long queues at lunch time, especially Thursdays and Fridays (sometimes all the way up to Fleet Street).
The entrance is not directly on Fleet Street, but just a few meters away in Whitefriars Street.
Typical toast (two veeery thick delicious slices of white or wholemeal bread), with nice butter and jam or peanut butter costs £1.20. All kind of bacon, sausages on toast available as well. Salads and soups at lunch time.
