Fundi PIzza

Great street food: easy to eat, tasty and not as heavy as a huge restaurant pizza. As an Italian I’ve had better, but this is also way better than most of the general pizza offering.

Fundi Pizza isn’t just about the pizza, it’s about the fun guys who run it!
There’s a nice selection of pizzas on offer. I had the Funghi pizza, because of the fun guys! (Get it? Do you?) Actually I had it because I love mushrooms. The others on offer were your classic Margherita, a pepperoni and a pizza with capers, anchovies and olives. I was tempted by the last choice, but I was concerned about my salt levels, so mushroom it was! They’ve got their own homemade brick oven to cook the pizzas in, and the crust is so thin it only takes a few minutes from when you order to when it’s done. You can even have chili oil on top if you so choose. And the pizzas are good! The crust is nice and chewy and very tasty. The sauce is well done and there’s just enough cheese! Awesome!
