Went to the Hampstead branch to have cavi-​lipo by Kumar. The guy is super friendly and nice to talk to, guided me through the process and answered all my questions. I can’t say anything bad about the guy, he seemed to be quite experienced in this and he did make a good discount at one point.
The main reason why I am giving just two stars is a simple one: the treatment didn’t work. I hardly noticed any type of difference in terms of fat loss. Even though the process did seem scientifically accurate, results are the ones that matter.

Attended the Hampstead branch of the laser clinic group today and the whole experience was appalling, the staff were all over the place, was told to go out to get cash from an ATM in the pouring rain despite being told I could pay by card then sent out again by the staff to buy razor as I «should have been told to shave the area to be treated before I came» was patchily wet shaved by the technician then told «the hair is not coming off as we want» technician kept disappearing and came back with the «director» who also tried to shave me and gave up after a few seconds saying «we can’t treat you as the hair is too long» an hour had elapsed by this point and I was told «could I come back another time as we don’t have time now» by this point I was wet, patchily shaved and not 1 hair treated despite over an hour in the clinic. I went home and clipped the excess hair off, rang back due to sheer desperation only to be told «oh the director will ring you back to make another appointment» he never did! To be avoided at all costs, truly awful experience, idiotic Staff who didn’t seem to know what they were doing/​saying.
