My experience here was terrible. The staff were rude and completely careless with no regard to customers feelings. They also completely lack any kind of customer service skills and were down right incompetent. Namely Lillian who’s response to me asking for a to go box was «I don’t know. We are going home soon.» Followed by an expression on her face of sheer annoyance at the fact, ME a paying customer asked politely for a to go box. It would also be nice if as a customer you could understand what the staff are actually saying. Every response was mumbled and inaudible and when I did hear a response it was of complete rudeness.
Avoid this place. Spend your hard earned money with a restaurant that care.

I love this food place! Im addicted to their delicious Beef Ramen! The Ramen –the noodles– are not oily or annoyingly crispy & the beef is cooked just right! i have also tried the chicken & the Salmon ramen but they didn’t stands out as the beef noodles they have.

Starting at around £7 a plate, it’s not too bad a deal.
My slightly overcooked teppan chicken came with egg fried rice and zesty side salad. Not bad by London standards and miles ahead of that Panda Express crap back in the States.
Service can benefit from faster turn around; my wait had been 6 minutes, not exactly qualified as fast food.

Déjà pour la petite Française que je suis, j’ai adoré le concept! Plein de stands de restos regroupés au même endroit où il y a un ensemble de sièges et tables qui né sont pas attribués aux restos. On peut venir à plusieurs, aller commander dans différents restos et manger à la même table! Il fallait y penser!
Et puis concernant le resto en lui-​même, il était excellent: beef ramen avec une sauce divine et un boeuf grillé et tendre à souhait. Les graines de sésame sont goûteuses. Et en boisson, un thé glacé maison à tomber par terre. Le meilleur de toute ma vie. UNE TUERIE!
Le must: après la commande, on nous donne une sorte de télécommande qui vibre lorsque notre plat est prêt. On peut donc s’installer tranquillement à une table en attendant, J’ADORE!
