Lovely staff, terrible coffee. Everyone is smiley and friendly and they chop up bits of croissant in the morning and put them in a bowl so you can stuff your face — I mean, eat a dainty nibble — while in the queue. Which is good as the queue can be long, and slow moving. And then the coffee(and by this I mean my usual latte) is quite weak and the quality varies enormously between baristas. It does however have caffeine in it which when combined with the croissant samples and the fact they give you every 10th one free makes it perfectly acceptable. I think this review applies to most Caffe Neros, to be honest.
