Probably the best froyo I’ve ever had(and I’ve had a lot).

Decent, but felt a bit too plastic/chain-like, which is a bit too much in contrast with the well-worn feel of Portabello St.

What a nice find. Walking down Portobello Rd this morning with a friend from SH, and this was a great spot to get some yogurt. Liked the teal wall, the natural with granola and fruit. Nice people behind the counter as well. Overall a great find. Thankful for this little spot. I felt right at home with the window seat and pillows.

I decided to splurge today for lunch. I asked myself, «Did I really eat a whole pizza just now?» and«Am I really going to follow that up with froyo?» The answer to both of those questions was yes. I grabbed a mini natural with one topping for a little less than 3 quid. It was a perfect post-meal size, I have to say, but for 50p per topping, I want more than five strawberries quarters awkwardly shoved into the crown of my yogurt. Is that so much to ask? Not great, not terrible. The milk chocolate hearts subbing in for chocolate chips are cute, though.

Nice décor and cute style, toppings looked fresh and tasty, and yogurt was OK. I tried natural & mango passion fruit, and although the mango passion fruit flavour wasn’t so intense, both tastes weren’t too sour or zart(as sometimes frozen yogurt is). It’s a bit pricey, they do 3 sizes for the frozen yogurt but the small/mini is tiny, quite smaller than in other frozen yogurt places I’ve visited in London. The classic size without toppings is £3.25, I don’t remember how much it was to add toppings, but when I was there I thought it was too much with respect to the amount of cash I had in my wallet, so I chose it naked. It’s worth a try, if you don’t mind paying a bit more. Next time I’ll go for a smoothie or a parfait.

Yes! Finally! Frozen yoghurt that actually tastes like… wait for it… wait for it… yoghurt! Too bad it’s clear across on the other side of London from me. Meh. Bee Me is cheery, cute, and does up the closest thing to Pinkberry I’ve found on this side of the pond. Tart and tangy, the natural flavour won’t leave you wanting to immediately run for a tooth brush. If I lived in West London, this would definitely be a regular haunt of mine. Instead, I’ll have to settle for knowing that it’s a welcome respite off Portobello Road for future excursions in this ‘hood.

Such a pleasant surprise to find a proper hot chocolate shoppe in the area. And what they serve isn’t that hot water and powdered crap — I’m talking about that traditional hot cacao that pours thick like molasses. Interesting that they serve topping, too — must try that next time.

I live right around the corner from Bee Me so I have to admit, I’ve already been here several times even though its only been open for 3 weeks! The location is great, right on Portobello Road. Really convenient and a perfect place to pop in while strolling to the market The set-up is really cute and the staff seems quite friendly. The first time I went they got my order completely wrong but have since been getting it right. Brownies instead of cookies? As long as its still chocolate! I really like their chocolate fro-yo with strawberries & choc chip cookies. There are a ton of topping choices that range from healthy(fruit, nuts, granola) to not-so-healthy(cookies, brownies, m&ms). Being that fro-yo is much better for you than ice cream, I don’t feel that guilty sticking with the not-so-healthy toppings :-) I’d recommend the«Bee Me Special» which seems to be a really good value — its the«classic» size with 3 topping for £4.85. Its a large sized«classic» so its definitely filling! I agree with the other review that the difference between the small and classic sizes is too large. Its either not enough or too much — would love the perfect in between size Another thing that I really like is the loyalty card — 9 stamps & you get a free frozen yogurt. Only a few more visits! I haven’t tried their smoothies or parfaits but the place is loaded with fresh fruit so I would assume they’re delicious as well. It’s just too hard to say no to yummy frozen yogurt!

Yet ANOTHER frozen yogurt shop opening in London. They are popping up everywhere and I’ll tell you, I’m not going to complain. I’ve been waiting to try Bee Me since it’s grand opening, as I walked by one day while they were finishing construction. Bee Me is conveniently located on Portobello Road, perfect for treating yourself for some lovely fro yo or a smoothie or juice after battling the crazy market crowds. The shop itself is really cute, but quite small. They have a great menu of fro yo, smoothies, and natural juices here, all made fresh before your eyes. The staff here are nice and helpful, and let me try all of their fro yo flavours, Natural, Chocolate, and Mango Passionberry. I must say that this shop had some of the best«Natural» flavored fro yo, with an excellent, perfectly creamy consistency. The Chocolate flavour was a bit«meh» and had a more icy consistency. The reason why I give only three stars to this place is because YIKES, prices are steep! I got a mini sized fro yo with no topping for £2.50, and let me tell you it was teeny tiny. Plus the next«regular» size up is absolutely massive. The perfect size would be a size in between. I plan on returning to Bee Me to try out their fruit juices. They had some excellent looking concoctions going on on their menu, some with beetroot and carrot.
