Baba’s Sandwich Bar

I love this café, situated right by Greenwich for DLR station.
The people who run it are simply lovely; incredibly friendly service. The sandwiches are fantastic, and you’re more than welcome to go «off-​menu» if you’d like your own fillings. I highly recommend the Meatball and Feta toasted Ciabatta, which actually came as a recommendation from the lovely lady who worked there.
Prices are extremely reasonable, and the food is fantastic. A good selection of breakfast and lunch-​type foods are available, and the atmosphere is friendly.
The café is spacious, clean and I always try to make time to come here at least once a month.
Would you want to bring a date here? No, but that’s not what it’s for. Would you bring a group of friends here after a messy night out for a hangover cure in a friendly setting? Absolutely! And for that, 5 stars is deserved.

Only had desserts-​very average, pie tasted very artificial. Freshly squeezed juice was very nice. Staff very nice, but not organised very well with service. I think the place is a good value for money and looks clean.
