This bustling little café is clean and cool and has lost that greasy spoon image it once had, transforming into a contemporary lunch spot. The staff are so friendly and in my experience the service is faultless. Whatever the time of day and whatever you fancy, D’an Ericos will surely have something for you; there is a breakfast menu with the(very) Full English at less then a fiver; a lunch menu with all manner of sandwiches: toasties, tortillas, baguettes and paninis, as well as jacket potatos with numerous fillings, salads and pastas. There is also a range of hot meals ranging from quarter pounder steak burgers that smell divine, to lasagne, spaghetti, omelettes and even liver and mash(seriously whatever you fancy). Then, of course, theres sweets to follow. 95p for a cappuccino is definitely the cheapest around. Perfect lunch spot, and if you can’t make it to the shop, the shop comes to you! Free delivery on orders over £5.
