Beijing City

Probably the best Chinese takeaway in South Liverpool. Love Chinese food, and tried most of them. Staff very pleasant, and food/​service spot on.

Fancy a takeaway? I would recommend Beijing City. I was hungry, in fact I am now… three juicy strawberries later. or was it four… still hungry. hmmm. Well I could certainly eat a chinese takeaway or maybe english food as well — right now! Beijing City is pretty good overall. I wouldn’t quibble with the prices and think they are fairly reasonable. I don’t have chinese takeaway too often. I used too, but then I got more into curry. Anyhow, back to the point. The takeaway looks hygienic which is an important point. There is a wide range of chinese dishes to choose from with the usual suspects of chinese dishes in seafood, duck, pork, chicken, lamb, and beef. For starters — I go for the same old, vegetable spring roll and some prawn crackers. Then for main course chicken in black bean sauce. Tasty. The portions are generous so make sure that your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach otherwise you will be in trouble.
