I have to admit that the pricing at Simpsons scared me at first… how could a pizza that costs £2 possibly be ANY good? Well, it is! It’s not, of course, a gourmet dish(it’s got Homer Simpson as its mascot, for cryin’ out loud), but it does the job, feeding hungry students that aren’t quite willing to start living off of cardboard. It’s also tasty. That’s all you need, isn’t it? Did I mention it was dead cheap?

I DON’T CAREWHATANYONEELSESAYS!!! This place gives you whole pizzas for as little as £2NOMATTER what topping combination you’re looking for… and may I suggest the Garlic Mushroom. Look… I’m a starving exchange student, who’s STILL(after 8 months) adjusting to the pound to dollar ratio… I may have spent stupid amounts of money on things that I could probably get cheaper in the states, but at least I know that I’m getting decent pizza for a decent price between the hours of 5pm-3am(when this stuff really matters). God bless cheap pizza feeding hungry students is ALL I gotta say!

I’m sure that, in someone’s head, naming a pizza place after the Simpsons was a quirky, edgy idea that would have the students coming in droves. Unfortunately, nobody told them that Simpsons merchandise hasn’t been cool for about a decade(if it ever was), and any business trying to jump on the bandwagon just makes us cringe. Plus, it’s completely unnecessary: the food is edible, dirt cheap and served into the early hours, so students flock here en masse anyway. In my opinion, you’re better off paying a tiny bit extra and heading to the infinitely better Lucky’s a few doors down, but if saving 20p is really that important to you the stuff here will fill you up without giving you food poisoning, which is probably all you’re looking for if you’re looking to buy food somewhere named after a cartoon family.

Ahh simpsons pizza. pretty average pizza. yeah open late so their handy for those late night pizza cravings. You all know what i mean!.. Ohh also good place to get rid of change. I Paid mainly in Coppers(due to just getting home from blackpool.(and got daaam lucky on the 2p machines) and the dude didnt mind me paying in said coppers. even gave him a tip. so all in all. i was happy. they should soo make pizzas in the shape of barts head tho. and a garlic bread for marge’s! xD
