My favourite Chinese takeaway in Leeds. I always go here for the Kung Po King Prawn and it’s probably the best balance of spices and vegetables I’ve had. I saw the other review and thought Woodhouse deserved more credit as I’ve never had a bad meal from here. The chips are really tasty too(not the fish and chip style ones that many takeaways do).

Really, this is a bog-standard Chinese takeaway that only gets my custom because it’s at the end of the street. Prices are a little on the high side, at around £5 for a main and £4.50 for rice, and the food, while perfectly edible, does nothing other than briefly satisfy your craving for MSG. There’s not much choice for vegetarians here either, but carnivores will find themselves well catered for with all the usual chicken, pork, beef and duck dishes. If you do go here, please follow the menu’s mysterious advice to ‘ask us about our squid’ and let me know what they say. I’ve been wondering for ages…
