Hilton Leeds City

Wonderful location near shopping center. However the Staff are friendly personnel. They go beyond the call of duty. they make your stay feel like your at home.
Great service, fabulous breakfast and courteous service. I can honestly tell you I’ll be back… And I have and will do again!

If you get a suite and close your eyes on the way up to reception! Breakfast in the room good and staff pretty helpful.
Car park good if you have a Morris Minor it is tight!

stayed here after booking a one night stay in bradford for xmas night but due to Bradford being under-​booked they decided to close the hotel and changed our booking to Leeds instead, however as we were spending xmas Day in Bradford with family we were given taxi service to Leeds with complimentary wine, chocolate and other nibbles on arrival at our comfortable room. breakfast was great and the staff very nice and friendly, all in all a very good customer service provided, thank you

I find this an above average Hilton and a decent business hotel. I have stayed here many times when visiting Leeds and have found the bedrooms to be of a decent standard, the facilities good, the food is nice and the staff are friendly. I very much like the conferencing facilities and the staff within that department are particularly helpful, efficient and personable.
The one downside about this hotel is the parking, if the car-​park is full you have to use and NCP across the road with is an inconvenience and frustrating.
The hotel itself is conveniently located off the motor-​way, next to the train-​station and accessible to the city centre.

As a regular Hilton traveller, I would rate this as average. The hotel itself was fine, but there was a problem with parking as the car park was full and it was necessary to go across the road to the NCP. Check in was OK, but not overly friendly, and the room was average. The breakfast was the usual Hilton buffet and therefore fine. However, there was a massive queue on Sunday morning due to a wedding party being on site the previous night, which resulted in a huge backlog and a wait of half an hour to get a table. The location is convenient for the station and the city centre, but I would not rush back

Stayed only one night but wished it had been longer, after a short walk from the train we were booked in at reception and in our room within minutes. Shopping day for me and my big sister it could not have been handier, the hotel was that close by that when we couldn’t carry any more bags, so we called back to the hotel to drop them off before we headed back out for further retail therapy. Had big plans to go out for the night but with throbbing feet and aching knees we headed to the bar for cocktails instead — a good move as the bar was busy and vibrant with plenty of people coming and going.
Off next for a meal which was ok though the fastest service we received was when we decided to head out to the bar as we were in danger of never gettng another drink and they rushed across for us to sign for the bill.
Comfy beds, feather pillows on request, I did request and found reception very obliging. A high standard of décor in the bedroom, we had everything we needed, breakfast was excellent and special requests catered for — will definately be stopping and shopping again.
