Timpson

Whenever I need keys cut or shoes re-​soling or stretching, I always go to this Timpsons. However, my last experience left me with some doubt as to the type of service and the staff that they employ. I wanted to get a key cut, and they did it in a matter of seconds. However, upon returning home, they key would not work because they had cut it wrong. I understand people make mistakes, so I went back the next day to get it changed. Yes, they did do another one, but the attitude of the staff member who did it left with me a lack of confidence in the business. It is nice to be welcomed by staff who have at least a little bit of enthusiasm, and while it may just be their Saturday job, at least they could smile a bit!
