Etruria

Etruria is an excellent Mediterranean restaurant in the centre on Knutsford. The place is really quaint and is housed inside an old black and white Tudor building. Inside the place has an intimate feel with exposed beams, candles and dimmed lighting perfect for a romantic night out.
The food is really good, we ordered the meze sharing platter to start which was massive. There was a good mix of halloumi, pitta bread, dips, olives and stuffed vine leaves. The mains were also delicious my pasta marinara was fantastic, it was full of monkfish, prawns, clams and prawns and came with squid ink pasta. The steak also looked very good and was cooked as requested. The service was excellent throughout. There was also live music in the form of a guitarist who played a good mix of music but without overpowering the evening. An excellent choice if ever you are in Knutsford.
