Great décor and pretty good food. The interior made me feel like I left Hull. Nice job on creating a cool vibe inside. We had olives, hummus and pita. We had vegetarian cous cous entrees. They were able to make them spicy for us. Don’t half step. Great to come here on a slower night for good conversation.

i have to agree with dinosaurofwood here, the food is expensive and if you dont like Couscous then your out of luck here, you can of course have other accompanyments but all will be spiced and dry AND greasy. sorry but i do like the food here(you wouldnt think so) but its all a bit samey and the wine is SO expensive and even the other drinks coulkd do with being lowered a bit. the décor is cool but the music is very loud and the speakers are at ground level so no getting away from it if you want to talk. the inner door thing is a problem in winter and also the toilets can be a bit of a trek on a busy night as not much room. but over all a good place if a bit expensive.

The Marrakech is a quaint place, but it is(for evening meals at least) woefully expensive. Being vegetarian there was not that much on offer, but what was served up was pleasant enough and there was lots of it. The wine was great too but again very expensive. They do some smaller cheaper meals in the day which i am may very well try.

This small Moroccan restaurant is another little gem along Princes Ave. I was initially a bit reticent about going her but my daughter persuaded me to go. The food offered was excellent of which I had Lamb taggine and my daughter had Fish. The only criticism I had was that it was extremely cold in there on a January evening and customers kept leaving the door open which combined with the cold wind blowing in did spoilt it. Perhaps they should invest in a door closing arm. But if it’s a warm pleasant evening this should be worth a try.
