Sainsburys Supermarkets

I really like Sainsburys and it’s not as expensive as people make out it is.
It’s nice and big and there is a clothing section which holds clothing for adult women (Including larger sizes such as 22) and men, children, babies and underwear for all.
As I have a large bust area I find it hard to get bra’s that fit, but they do my size :) 42 °F and I think they go a bit higher too and they’re about £6 so you can’t complain at all :)
Went to the café last night with my two kids after they’d finished their martial arts class and I ordered them the kids Chicken Dinner. It was chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas, yorkshire pudding and gravy.
I was a bit shocked to find that the chicken, potatoes, carrots and gravy was all in one. I had asked if one of the plates could have chips instead of potatoes to then be told that they couldn’t do that as it came with it all included in one pot/​tub.
Masons one didn’t include that much chicken and infact he didn’t eat it all.
I ordered the homemade battered cod and chips and the cod came back dripping in oil! So much so that I had to use 2 napkins to blot away the oil and it was still oily.
So not at all to my taste.
I’ll carry on shopping here but I think I’ll avoid the café for their food.

Lots of good deals at the moment. A very well socked supermarket from basics up to premium ranges. The clothes can be expensive, but worth going to in the sales. A well stocked bakery, and if you go later in the day, ask for some yeast, they give it away free-​because they use fresh daily and throw the remainder away. A great freebie for those who like making bread or are living on a budget.

Studying at Huddersfield University meant that I frequently visited the sainsburys. It is a great shop, well laid out and sells great quality produce. The Salad bar is particularly great and I dont think that many sainsburys have this. the clothes and home section is great too. The acar park is large and you can also use it to wander into the town or go to lectures — providing you buy stuff in the store and do not stay for longer than 3 hours. The shop is in a good location and has a petrol station — although i’m not 100% sure that that is still there!
