Francos is such a delicious jewel in Hove’s crown. The menu changes regularly and each time it’s amazing. I love the bold Italian flavours and atmosphere. We sat and watched the chefs make mozarella and pasta in the open kitchen so you know EVERYTHING is fresh. I had the best wild mushroom risotto I’ve ever had and the burrata is to die for. If you want real Italian food and atmosphere, Francos is for you.

A real local’s secret — a incredible Italian restaurant, cooking real Italian food in front of you. Mushroom and truffle tagliatelle, lobster linguini, the thinnest lightest pizzas — delicious! Definitely book!

A small restaurant recently opened about 3 months before we ate there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short, attractive menu from which we ordered the pappardelle with sausage sauce and a mozzarella and tomato salad. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and had good bite. The sauce was well balanced. The mozzarella was terrifically fresh, with an excellent creamy texture. Not super-​fancy but reminds of those places in Italy where they do a few things really well. Definitely recommend for a laid-​back meal at any time!
