This has to be the best place to go in Hathersage by far. Fab coffee, lovely food & plenty of choice for the younger end. Staff are polite & very accomodating with no one jiggling their cleavage in your husbands face. Open 7 days a week all year from early doors till late in the day. Don’t think I’ve ever seen this place empty, unless it’s closed of course.

OK, we’ll start with the positives. The coffee was quite nice and the seats out of the front are soft and comfy. Unfortanately, maybe it was because we went at 4.50 on a Saturday afternoon, but the staff there couldn’t wait to go home and the service was a bit sloppy. Plus quite a few people were waiting for quite a while for their drinks. Shame, as the cakes looked quite nice, but we couldn’t be bothered to stay…
