As with any luxury brand you’re paying a little extra for the name and the customer care and attention they provide. On the rare occasion when something goes wrong you’re safe in the knowledge you’ll be well taken care of — are at least that’s what I thought!
The store in Hawaii misinformed me, their customer services line misinformed me, the store in Canary Wharf misinformed me…
Just as I was about to lost all faith in Tiffany the T5 store came to the rescue. The store was little more than a drop off point for me to have my ring resized but after all the misinformation I had received elsewhere they were the only store to take ownership of my problems.
I received regular updates from them and even follow up messages to check I was happy after receiving my ring. With the care and attentionthey put in to resolving my issues they have secured my future business. T5 may not be the easiest store for me to access but I would now make the effort to give them my money over any other Tiffany store.
