British Airways UK & Ireland Lounge

This is an excellent lounge for essentially domestic travel. The food options (soup, sandwiches, etc.) are far better than most US-​based carrier lounges for international business class, where you often need to pay for anything more substantial than small snacks.

Used this lounge after a long flight from Toronto and having to have wind our way from terminal 3 to terminal 1. We were on our way to Dublin. It was mid morning and the lounge was pretty empty. It is a fairly large lounge area so I assume it has periods of the day that it is used by a larger group of travelers. They had a good compliment of breakfast drinks, coffee and food. Other products such as beer were available and behind small glass doors.
When we say our plane finally announced, we headed to the door only to be stopped by one of the lounge personnel. He suggested we wait because he figured that the flight would actually take off from another area. We waited about 10 minutes and another gate went up on the flight info screen, so we were saved a little time in our walk to our gate.
