A very nice lounge. A full service restaurant with a limited menu and a buffet but the food on offer is top notch. Good selection of wines and spirits – which is necessary because it’s seems like a two mile walk from the check-​in desk. (Quite seriously, it is close to a mile!)
The London location is much nicer than LAX or Dulles but not quite as good as the international first class lounges of some other airlines, most notably Lufthansa, Singapore, and Emirates, but still very good. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and attentive.

Great option for a busy travel schedule. Very friendly staff that takes pleasure in good customer service. Very clean, plenty of food options, and a wide variety of drinks.

Annapolis, MD
Quiet, and with endless food options, ask for the menu. Service was great and my kippers and poached egg was very nice. Place your order as soon as you arrive, I think the kitchen is limited. Amazing choice of beer and scotch, sample them there, then buy your favorite in duty free.
