This is a nice hotel that I wouldn’t mind putting friends into when they came to stay. The hotel itself is quite dated, but on the inside, it looks quite modern and nice. The bar area is wooden floor and there is a raised section of the restaurant too. Bar and restaurant prices aren’t cheap — but they are typical of hotel bars and restaurants. The rooms are quite nice too — although some of them aren’t very big — but then, they’re not marketed as luxury suites! The hotel has it’s own health club — which can get very busy. The pool is only small, as is the jacuzzi — but there is also a steam room, sauna, gym and exercise studio. The gym/pool is open to non residents as well as hotel guests. The hotel has a large car park, a big function room, and several small meeting rooms. It is also accessible from the M5 and within easy reach of the City Centre.
