There seem to be load of soft play places around Glasgow these days, but variety is always good. With it being kids’ birthday party season this is the third one I’ve been to in as many weeks, I think. First off, it’s huge — an old industrial unit. The ceiling may as well be the sky. Space is very well used with a couple of activities I’ve not seen in other play places — such as the stretched fabric space tent climbing activity. You have to see it to understand! The soft play area is a large U-shape surrounding an event area and small go-kart track, with one section set aside for the much smaller /toddler age range. Wall paintings are *staggering* and enormous. The décor goes all around the building, including the toilets(which are kept fairly clean — and it’s good to see two baby-change units in the gent’s loo). Party staff were great, very engaging and listened to the birthday boy’s wishes and his cake was wheeled out by Woody from toy Story! Other staff were friendly and wandering around keeping an eye on things in general. Food prices are the usual escalated range you expect from these places — an adult burger with chips is around £7 and a kid’s meal with a drink £4.25. Overall, impressed. If you’re sitting in a seat waiting while the young ones work up a sweat, take a jumper. Especially first thing on a cold morning, it can get a little chilly.

This is a pretty fab soft play! It’s £4.95 entry, but kids under one go free. For bigger kids the play area is huge with lots of bits to climb up and explore and there are some BIG slides! There are also little go karts(a £1 a go) and characters such as Peppa Pig and Mickey Mouse come out to meet the kids. For adults there are lots of couches to drink your Starbucks coffee! Choice of food and drink is okay, lots of cakes and sweet stuff on display but they do also sell fruit, yogurts etc. The walls have giant colourful murals — wish I’d snapped a picture.

I love this place! Saves the day if you are at a loss with what to do with the kids. There’s an in-house Starbucks and loads of seating areas to catch up on the gossip as your wee ones play. Entry and exit policies are secure and you can’t leave without handing over your receipt so there’s no chance your child will escape or get stolen ;) Feels very clean and soft play is well maintained. Great baby and toddler area for tiny explorers. Under one’s go free. Private party rooms available for hire. Highly recommended!
