Subway

Been here a few times and the place never gets better
Either it’s not got a selection of bread or fillings I want, the card machine doesn’t work so cash only (still the same on this visit)
No bottled soft drinks available
No kids for cups
Team not changing gloves between sandwiches, being ill and coughing over them
Today there is one person on doing everything making my queuing longer than it should be
If it wasn’t the only subway within miles id never come
Only reason I have given an extra star is the large area to sit and eat

Soooo my very first 1 star review… what can i say about this place. So much wrong in so little time. Started by going in to order something quickly before heading out and fancied a steak and cheese melt. Firstly the gentleman serving me made no eye contact, used a monotone voice throughout and couldnt quite seem to understand the idea of i want a flipping 6 inch sub as after asking me twice he proceeded to fill a footlong with steak. After realising his mistake he brushed off the afforementioned additional 6 inch with his (thankfully) gloved hand and i mean brushed, little bits of steak still clinging on desperately for dear life. Hope some poor vegitarian doesnt get that next. And the casualness of this gave me thought of what else he might have been up to. All this i could have overloooked for a 3 star if the food had been tasty… alas not so!
The bread itself was fine and as it should be, the steak was dry and pretty much tasteless as if it was there all day or indeed from the previous day, the cheese although never the best was particularly rank and horrid. This coupled with the frankly terrible service and the selection of THE tiniest cookie he could find mark it all down to a paltry one star, avoid like the plague you will surely recieve if you eat here!
