I’m a panini freak so I can’t say I’ve had anything else here. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I couldn’t ask for more. The tuna melt is probably my favorite so far. Not much else to say. Get here at around noon if you want to be in and out. The staff is friendly. Their card reader was busted one time and they just told me to pay next time I came. I appreciate that. It’s not the most eclectic mix of food compared to other lunchtime joints in the area, but it’s affordable and tasty, so hit it up.

If you need a fast takeaway lunch then take a run round to Paninis. This place is made for the lunchtime customer that is in a hurry. With a great range of hot and cold food the only thing slowing you down will be the time you take to make a decision! Although it’s always busy, its big enough to cope with the rush. There are sandwiches, wraps, rolls and salad boxes pre made, labelled and ready to grab. If you’re a bit fussy about what you eat then you can simply request something to be made and the obliging staff will do it fresh for you. There is a big range of sandwich filler ingredients so there’s something for everyone! If its hot comfort food you’re after to banish those rainy day blues then step right up. Along with the obligatory soups and baked potatoes you can take your pick from a choice of hearty specials. Macaroni cheese, chilli, lasagne and curry to name but a few. I must throw in a special mention for their chips. They’re not chunky potato chips and they’re not fries there is just something so delicious about them you’ll wish you’d asked for a large portion ! The mention of stodgy comfort food might make the health conscious folk amongst you pull on your jogging shoes but fear not! Paninis has lots of yoghurts, fruit salads and healthier snacks for you to eat without worrying about jumping on the scales! A frequent favourite of mine when I’m in a hurry and need food NOW !

…Does exactly what it says on the tin. A decent little snackery just off St Vincent Street, this place is a good safe bet for lunch — whether you wish for panini, sandwich or otherwise, it has quite a big selection(despite the name). Also has your usual meal deals, crisps, fruit, juice, and some cakes(they’re only there if you go early enough though, sad times). It does get busy, and the paninis do take 5 – 10 minutes to be made, but it’s worth the wait… So there you have it, no messin’, straight up: Paninis.
