China Express is an average yet good chinese take away. I had the beef curry and rice which was really excellent and served quite generously. The onion rings on the other hand were quite awful overall a nice place to get some food when you live in Birkbeck and don’t wanna cook tonight. Plus it’s quite cheap.

Worst chinese I’ve ever ordered.
The phone call was surly, which I can deal with as long as the food’s ok.
The food was terrible — I ordered mushroom Fu Yung and I’m pretty sure that’s what I got but it was drowned in soy sauce, salt and god knows what else. It looked a bit alien like and it pretty much tasted that way.
My mate got the chow mein, we both agreed on the looks being nasty. He says it tasted just as nasty but I forgoed the taste test.
Oh yeah and they forgot the drinks and tried to charge us double for them (?)
