This is the absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. The waitress was sweet and recommended we order off the Chinese menu and not the English menu. The dishes on the Chinese menu are so much deeper in their authenticity. Everything(and I do mean everything) was amazing. Completely inexpensive. It’s a golden find.

Lovely restaurant with very friendly waiter. Met the owner as well. I had the four vegetable noodle dish and it was the best Chinese food I’ve had in a while. It’s a small place, but well worth the visit.

Great service and amazing food. Chinese food is all about the«wok flavour» and all the dishes we had got plenty. We had the steamed Seabass, slow cooked beef and the seafood tofu. Plus the sweat corn soup. All excellent. Very small so the biggest group is probably 5.

A little perfect gem. This is not your usual chinese restaurant. For starting, it’s small, I mean really small: 6 tables in total, 1 for 6 people, a couple for 4 people and 3 tables for 2. That’s it. This is not your usual chinese restaurant. Decoration is astonishing: white walls(really white, not the usual bleached yellow/dirty) with instruments on the walls. I mean, musical instruments, serious. Chinese musical instruments. This is not your usual chinese restaurant. The owner, the guy who usually is drinking a glass of wine in front of the door, long hair, it’s one of the friendliest person you can ever meet, and it’s just a pleasure to chat with him, ask about his instruments and his cuisine. This guy is a passionate chinese cuisine lover. The fact that he also runs a cuisine school in Italy it just makes thing better, he knows his food and how to make it good for non chinese people. As I said, This is not your usual chinese restaurant. We went here on a late saturdays(22, 22:30 perhaps?) hoping he won’t send us home. and he did not, he was basically closing the place and instead opened it again for us! The menu is smart, starters and then one page for each protein, seafood, lamb, beef. But the number of total dishes is less than 30, which is very good. We went for the mixed starters(something you can’t miss the first time you come here, it has a good overview of northern chinese cuisine with a bit of european touch) a couple of main dishes(perfectly cooked lamb, very lean and flavored) and some amazing spicy prawns, served with rice and vegetables. If the restaurant is empty, just ask him to «do something» with the protein you choose, trust in him! Come here, but not too many, speak to the owner, ask about his food, ask him about everything, smile and enjoy it, my favourite chinese restaurant in London won’t disappoint you, that’s granted!
