Ever since I heard of the plan of building them I was curious how the would look like.
Standing in front of the three meter high versions at the Falkirk weel a few years ago I was totally impressed by the expression of the statues. Considering the thirty meter high versions couldn’t be build by the sculptor himself, he could only «supervise», they did a «great job».
Congrats to both Andy and the team building them.
Leaving «The Kelpies» I am a bit jealous at everybody living in this area.
