Had my son’s birthday party there in the laser zones. Had fun but in the last few minutes he ran into a sharp unfinished edge and ended up with a large bump and cut on his head. He was unable to take part in the food and games part of his party because he was so upset /​dazed /​in so much pain. Supervisor of the area sympathised because he kept catching himself too! So why not do something about it? Tried repeatedly to find out if has been sorted and never been able to speak to manager/​been called back. Now escalating through council because I don’t want another child to be hurt because of their carelessness. Could have been good but ruined by accident that shouldn’t have happened and their continuing bad attitude.

Played laser tag here with my kids today, and had a great time. There are two laser zones, they are similar but just different layouts. The staff are very friendly, and they took part in the games competitively, but without zapping us too much.
Looks like it would be good for kids partys, there was one going on at the same time and they seemed to be having a fine time. It was a very hot day, but it’s in a big building so the heat inside wasn’t overpowering.
It’s a bit difficult to find, and their website doesn’t seem to be working yet, so I suggest finding their phone number and calling up to book before going along.

The buzz is absolutely amazing! Took my nephew who is 18 months and he loved it! Staff are brilliant, very welcoming. They were brilliant with the kids and pleasant. Food is delicious. I would recommend it to anybody. Was great fun for me too. Also been to fright night at the laser arena on a wednesday and that was great! Staff there are great too. Overall actually all the staff are brilliant, they made my day. Brilliant customer service and were all brilliant with each other. Atmosphere was amazing. I will definetly be going back!

REOPENED NOW CALLED MONSTER MANIA!!! Includes 2 large soft play area (one for over 5’s and one for under 5’s) no longer got laserdomes (Alien & Dragon), bumper car track (£1 for 5mins 2seater) and café. Best soft play in Scotland much bigger than Cadwinkles & Playzar (Closed) soft play zones.
New Oricing structure means you pay for 1+years but has happy hour type specials afterschool with entry and kids meal for £5 approx
