The Marquis is a large pub at the start of Epsom High Street, well served by buses and trains. I have been put off re-​visiting this pub for 10 years after I was charged £12 for a pint of beer by a thieving barman. Thankfully, the pub seems to have honest bar staff now. I can only give it an average score, but feel free to try it for yourself.
