I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. Since my last visit they have had a make over, unfortunately the awful choice of brown reminds me of a bad experience with food, I say no more.
The waiting staff are friendly and the menu has some interesting and tasty dishes. They have a seperate take out menu which you can also choose from to eat.
I had the king prawn with coconut, ginger and cream sauce accompanied with plain rice. The dish was very yummy and presented well. My friends had the trio of chicken which is lemon, green and tikka chicken again very good. The last time I was here some of the dishes were served on slate with orchid flowers so beautiful but alas not this time .
My biggest gripe was the length of time we waited for the food. We had our starters after half an hour but the main course did not come until an hour after that. Although the waiting staff kept looking at us no one approached to give an explanation for why we were waiting so blooming long. It wasn’t till we asked how much longer we were informed they had a lot of take out orders. Well bully for the take away orders but I thought eating in the restaurant should have given us the priority of having our order filled first. At the end of the evening after 3 hours from slow ordering to serving the food a man from the kitchen came out and apologised for the delay. Apart from this no other offer or gesture was offered.
All in all I will not be rushing back. Xoxo

I understand they are offering a pick you up and I assume return car service to and from the Restaurant.

It is a struggle to find good Indian, in fact good anything in Epsom when it comes to eating out. So this place is pretty refreshing.
They have meat platters that are delicious, with the usual chicken tikka, lamb chops and chicken breast meat. The other mains are good, I would say standard indian.
The ambience is nice, and very family friendly. Definitely a place to take your parents to or your brothers and sisters.

A favourite local Indian restaurant or mine with a contemporary twist. Try the a la carte menu which changes on the season, they also serve your favourite Anglo Indian dishes too! A hidden gem, what Le Raj used to be 10 years ago & won’t break the bank.
