A Traditional British Butchers known far and wide for producing the best Sausages in Ellesmere (If not the world!).
I grew up eating the famous Hawkins Sausages and even though I moved from Ellesmere many years ago I still get a regular supply of Ellesmere Sausages to take home with me. The pork pies are also to die for. The Sausage recipie is a secretly guarded one, its been around for 100 years and they are still made in the traditional way today, they have just the right amount of Herbs and spices and are not pumped with preservatives or additives unlike the ones in the supermarkets. The sausages are actullay made by Stokes of Ellesmere but sold in Hawkins (were they originated).
Well worth a trip to stock up, I can promise you you wont be dissapointed.
