Since being taken over by new management in 2010 this sucsesful little family run pub has only got better. It hostes a selection of guest ales including my personal favourite german larger Warsteiner and various other real ales all worth a try. The small pub does offer food but I’m yet to try any, so I can’t comment on the quality but all looks rather nice. The staff are as warm and friendly as the surroundings making it the ideal place for a pint and a bag of nuts after a hard days graft.
