Burleydam

This is a brewers fayre/​brewsters so it’s like all the others! Used to be very popular with the little ones because of brewster bear though and a pretty good fun factory. As for the rest, not so good. The food is the usual stuff and I’m guessing mostly frozen and deep fried! I do like the building it is situated in. It looks like an old country house as you drive up and it has chamber like sections to it inside where you can sit which gives it character. There is a premier inn attached (round the back) and the hotel guests enter via the back door in the mornings to get their breakfast! :) They have modernised some parts, mostly the very first bar on the left as you walk in. I haven’t visited for a long time due to the kids being older now and the food not being enough of a draw.

Both times I have taken my neices here their fun factory has been closed which obviously the girls were disappointed in. Saying that they did enjoy the childrens packs they were given and they kept them entertained for a while.
Food wise it has the exact same menu as any other brewers fayre pub so lacks the home cooked element and all the food is quite samey. There is something for every taste though I would say.
