Appalling!
I registered on Unilocal just so I could express my dissatisfaction. I went there for 6 months and it was a terrible experience. Every time I went in they had lost my files, so they would make me have a new eye appointment. Instead of popping in and out to fetch my contact lenses, I was told to have at least 3 diff eye tests in 6 months. Ridiculous. Now that I’ve changed opticians (thank goodness), the Opticians in Nicholson couldn’t even find my files to transfer them. AGAIN.
Furthermore, the people working there were grumpy, unhelpful and, quite frankly, rude.
If you need Optical Express company go to the one in George St instead of the one in Marchmont, but stay away from this one!
