I have found that Boot Opticians in the gyle are fantastic. I recently had a problem with something I had been sold which was not right for me (due to not being given enough information at the time of purchase) and the Manager was really helpful and without any fuss gave me my money back. This, to me, shows excellent customer services, they accepted the mistake was theirs and rectified it with a smile.
There is a great selection of glasses (for such a small place) and they often have offers of which allows you to get 2 pairs of glasses for he price of one.
Friendly staff and a comfortable feel for both adults and children.
