This is another great place to take the little monsters on a rainy day as it has its own indoor children’s play area — The Fun Factory. For as little as £2, you can sign them into the soft play area and keep a watchful eye through the glass window as you enjoy a meal and a relaxing drink — heaven!
If you’re little ones are of the clingy variety, you can choose to sit inside the play area itself, but be warned there is a lingering aroma of urine. Obviously little toddlers can’t help the odd accident, but I’d suggest that the staff need to give the room and equipment a good clean to get rid of the niggling aroma.
The food’s not bad either, although my order was lost in the rush. That said, anyone can have a bad day and the staff were apologetic and reimbursed us for our trouble. In all, a great find if you can stand the smell!
