i have been ringing for days no answer it says today 12;35 sorry we are closed for the holiday season, my problem is someone hacked my acc for £909.99 i would dearly love them to ring me and sort this out being a new year and the spirit of good will, Wowcher. do you even read these comments????????????????????????????????????

I am disgusted with Wowcher, I purchased an Android Tablet from Vivacity stores through Wowcher in september. I finally got my refund in DECEMBER! I still have not recieved my delievery charge.
why should I pay £9.99 for something that was NEVER dispatched to me?!
Customer services informed me over 200 people have complained about Vivacity stores to them. WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU STILL USING THERE SERVICES?
You are playing a part in ripping off your customers.

I bought security light using wowcher which was faulty, never managed to get refund or exchange. The light came with fully charged battery so I could not tell if it would work or not after the battery goes off. I thought it would work fine. When I found out that it did not work no refund, no exchange, The light came with initial price of £49 but it was cheap! I paid £26 but the light was useless. It is really like a scam. It took me 3 weeks to get negative reply from customer services after many e-​mails from me. I was the most regular customer and I do not think that I was treated fairly. Extremely unhappy about this company, I would never recomment it.

Even I brought an Android Tablet from them via WoWcher. Haven’t received it yet!(almost 2 months) I’m waiting them for long to get reply my emails.
I just contacted Wowcher via email and phone, when I called day by day they asked me to wait. And then I sent mails no reply from them. Last week I sent another mail asking to refund me back Wowcher is keep silence.
Wonder is since two weeks, when I logged to their web application, vivacitystores mentioned that items were shipped. And last week I received a mail (auto generated) from vivacitystores asking that feedback (Thank you for your recent purchase! As we appreciate your business and value your satisfaction, please take a moment to visit the link below to submit feedback on all items in your order).
I dont know whats going on but I’m really frustrated.
Doesn’t deserve a star. Terrible to non-​existant service. Stay away from this store and save yourself a whole load of grief. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I have used Wowcher on many occasions and think they provide a great service. Even when I had problems getting my item from Vivacity stores they were very helpful.
Vivacity stores are a terrible company and I honestly think Wowcher should reconsider using them for future deals.
But other deals I have bought have gone without any problems.
