I like Nando’s and so made the 10 minutes trek to this place, from my temporary domicile at the Holiday Inn M6 Junction 2. The gal at the cash register was very helpful and helped me figure out the British change, so appreciated that. I ended up ordering a Churraso Burger, and x2 sides — the rice and the sweet potato wedges. Since feeling quite hungry, I also got x3 chicken wings as a starter. Total cost was £16.25 and I did it as takeaway as wanted to eat in the peace and quite of the hotel room — there was some Afro-Samba music playing at a loud volume and I didn’t fancy listening to it while eating. When I got back to my hotel room, discovered they’d accidentally given me coleslaw as well, so that was a nice bonus, as I didn’t enjoy the thick, chunky sweet potatoes fries as much. The chicken wings were a scary experience to eat, as there were really just this side of raw, and with every bite, I thought to myself — Cooked? Raw? The burger was nice, the rice was a bit dry so all in all, a really mixed experience eating at this particular Nando’s.

I’m visiting from Denver, Colorado. Service was very friendly & attentive. Great selection(inc Vegetarian) on menu. Food quality was very good(Veggie Burger & Chicken, Chips & sides). Plenty of parking too.
