Nice location and layout inside. The food was good but the only problem was our pizzas were brought out when we had only just got our starters and were half way through eating them and they just kept bringing our our while parties mains meaning very little room and they couldn’t take them back. Also our starters said they were on beds of rocket but we all got fresh spinach leaves which wasn’t as nice.
Service is good though, and if you tip, make sure it’s cash as any tips on card go to the company not to the waitresses/​waiters.

This pizza hut can be found on the Chelmer Village retail park and because of this can get really busy. Refurbished last year and now a bit more modern. Love the circular seating for large groups, but not keen on the tables near the back when you sit on high stools. Always a good salad selection and on buffet days they keep the pizzas coming. Only negative is that you do have to queue at peak times due to popularity. Huge carpark.

I know it is strange to have a favourite pizza hut but I do and this one is it.
It is situated in Chelmer village retail park so the parking is free and very close to the restaurant.
It is quite a big branch that is nicely set out if a tiny bit cramped sometimes you do feel like you are eating with the next table. It can get busy at peak times and is popular with families even quite late at night.
The staff are quick to show you to a table and friendly and quick to refill drink when you run out.
The food is quickly made and hot when it gets to your table.
They have the usual pizza hut menu with the very good value £6.99 two course option.
