We popped here after feeling particularly lazy one Friday night and deciding that a takeaway was the best option as opposed to sitting in. On their website it said it would take an hour for delivery but I could collect in 20 mins so I zoomed down and picked up a lovely smelling bag of awesomeness. The car was full of lovely aromas and I couldn’t wait to get back and eat it. Overall results were that it was just ok and nothing too amazing. It seemed really expensive for a takeaway with them giving no discount for collection or on their main dining menu(I believe they do in the week) — touching on close to £30 for 2 of us. The paneer was dry and not too exciting, the fish dish was tasty and the naans ok but nothing special. It would be hard for me to go to this place to eat in knowing that the excellent Indian Tiffin Room is around the corner. Overall nothing wrong with this place but it didn’t seem great value.

We went in a group of four and enjoyed the evening. The host was gracious and pleasant. Special mention for the authentic vada pav and golas. Samosa chat and pav bhaji were nice too. The ambience and the rest of the staff were polite and extremely friendly.
