I used to go there every birthday (they play a birthday song with your dessert!) when I was younger, and now my group of friends all go every so often to meet up again.
It’s really nice food and the price is fair compared to the other places, and considering what you get for your money. You get served quickly and it’s also really nicely decorated. Haven’t had any complaints about it, despite how many times I’ve been. A genuinely nice place.

We normally go to Chiquitos at Xscape since there’s a F&B locally and we go there all the time, but tried this branch of F&Bs today.
It was really, really good! It was very busy, but we didn’t have to wait, and the waitress was exceptional — really friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Food was excellent, and although my calzone initially came out wrong (I ordered no sauce), they made me another in just a few minutes.
Biggest complaint, and I feel a bit ‘bah, humbug’ saying this, was that we had to listen to the Happy Birthday/​Congratulations medley 5 times while we were there, 3 of those before the starters had even arrived! Ok, it’s nice for kids to have the lights dimmed and a song sung, but after the first few shots at it I really just wanted to get on with my food in peace. If it was just the Happy Birthday, it wouldn’t be so bad, it’s the ‘Congratulations’ that follows that drives me up the wall.
