Rude staff, I ordered coffee and politely asked to add some hot water to my coffee the staff replied with so much attitude, no I cannot! Been to many BKs in many places, first time I encounter such a rude staff, incident happened Oct 2, 2014 around 3 pm, there are only 2 staff serving that time, it was the white girl. Burger King Cardiff, opposite of the Cardiff castle.

The only time i go to Burger King is at the 4am walk back to the taxi, and that’s only because its the nearest to where we get picked up. I lie, i have been once without the influence of alcohol and although the food is tasty the sizes are really small! and for 6−8pound a meal i think its awful. recently though they doing the Burger King savers menu which is okay if you go on the right day, but then its 2pound for a burger and that doesn’t include drinks or fries, and the prices of them also are ridiculous. Burger King is tasty don’t get me wrong but if you want value for money just got up the street to KFC.

Biggest Burger king i have been too. immense amount of seating which always makes it look empty. You can’t beat a flame grilled bacon double cheeseburger here. décor is quite dated compared to other BK’s. Close to the castle and walking distance to the CIA

Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs, means you will nearly always get one here. Service can be slow at busy periods. Like all other burger kings, it has that sense of just not being that clean. Staff here don’t really seem to care that much– probably because its a job for a couple of weeks whilst they find something else. The burgers here are the best though, being flame grilled.

Pourquoi nous, les Français, sommes-​nous privés de ce fast-​food où les steaks sont bons, et où l’assaisonnement est fait pour les adultes? Sans doute pour ce dernier point: les enfants aiment, mais pas autant que Qui-​Vous-​Savez. Et pourtant, goûtez le Whopper ou le Angus, et franchement, ça vous réconcilie avec le fast-​food !
Ce Burger King-​là a l’avantage d’être juste en face du Castell Caerdydd, le Château de cardiff, donc de pouvoir acceuillir vos têtes blondes à la sortie de la visite, du coup ils n’ont pas le temps d’avoir faim et c’est trop cool.
