A beautiful old building on the outside, yet modern on the inside The Dentist is a wonderful place to go for your dental needs. Covering both NHS and private patients they have several very capable dentists, friendly assistants and receptionists. You can buy most items you could need to keep your smile bright at the reception, from brushes and pastes to mouthwash and floss. Seating is very comfortable and unlike many they have a good broad selection of magazines that aren’t 5 years old and aren’t just glossy weeklies. They also have many children’s books and a large TV showing videos of how procedures work for both adults and children the two dogs going to the dentist video is not only fun for kids that may be scared about their trip but is also pretty hysterical for the adults too who could fail to be amused by the sight of two jack russells driving themselves off in a little car at the end of their trip?! All in all, going to the dentist is never fun, but this place certainly makes it better.
