Ordered my food and it arrived freezing. The chicken tikka masala main arrived as chicken tikka starter with no sauce, i called them to tell them and they said that they can send a new masala i said ok thanks but the rice will be cold and they said«put it in the microwave» i said, ok??? And they hung up. I decided the meal is ruined and called back to ask for a refund. I offered to give them the food back, they said call Hungry House as that’s who i ordered with and then hung up on me. I called Hungry House who gave me a refund. I then got a call from Best Spice asking for the food back, i said that’s fine. The man came to collect the food and then just grunted and said«where’s the coke cola» so i gave it to him and he just walked off. I used to order from here all the time and they were great. Never again will i ordering from here, foods gone down hill and so has the service.

A great curry which came very quickly. A really good selection of food at good prices. Better than many I’ve eaten from other places. We were quoted 45 minutes for delivery on Saturday night and the food was with us in less than 30.

In recent weeks I have started to eat more Curries than I would have done normally had it not been for my good friend pulling me by the arm to join him in his love for the food of Asia, and I must say that I am beginning to enjoy them alot more than I thought I would. Of course my heart shall always remain with Chinese food, but whilst I allow that to sit up on the back burner I am enjoying my Masal’s, Korma’s, Bhurani’s, etc and the food from the Best Spice may not entirely live up to its name, but boy it is tasty. We ordered a take-away from here and when picking up I was shocked at how quick the order came to the counter, and it was pipin hot. Good food, reasonable prices, good stuff!

Very understated and easily overlooked during the day, but as soon as the sun has set and the lights have come on ‘Best SPice’ kicks into action! Serving up all the favourite dishes and more, you can ring ahead, place your order and pretty much be assured that when you arrive you will be in and out in 30 seconds after paying for your food then picking it up! That is exactley the speedy service you want from a specialist take away resteraunt.
