Semolina has a brilliant menu that is very reasonably priced for the food they produce. Nice selection of local beer and coffee.
Very friendly staff — a small and family style business making amazing high end food. The thing that amazed me most was their roast. It was the best roast I’ve had in Brighton, and great to get such a quality roast in a nice environment, makes a great change from being stuck in a pub.
Their deserts have to be tried (the chocolate fondant was awesome) and the ice cream flavours are constantly changing.
