Like all phone stores in Brighton, getting to speak to a sales assistant in the 02 store seems to require a huge amount of patience. They’re always under-staffed and the few members of staff there are usually on the phone or already talking to a customer.
Once you get to speak to someone however, the staff here are excellent. They know their products inside out and don’t try to get you to sign up for services or phones you don’t want. I went back to complain about a fault on my iPhone and the guy I spoke to not only helped me get it fixed, he helped me get a £45 credit added to my account. Now, that’s what I call customer service!
