Bo Peeps

Upon entering Bo Peeps, I saw this mirrored 8 drawer tall chest of drawers. That would easily be the most extravagant thing in my flat if I were to purchase, and with 8 drawers, I could place every single thing I own inside of it. The thing is, Bo Peeps is full of grand looking, mirrored furniture such as the 8 drawer tall chest of drawers. And, yes, they’re all pricey.
In addition to mirrored furniture, they have a good selection of wood furniture. You’ll find book cases, dressing tables, chest of drawers, dining tables, dining chairs, shelving units, storage shelves, TV stands, and others. All in all, a very good selection of furniture and a good store if you don’t mind parting with what’s left in your savings.

If you’re the kind of girl or boy that likes to throw disco parties, you’re probably already acquainted with Bo Peeps. If you’re not, you need to pull on your fake fur, shimmy down to the Lanes and check out the store’s selection of eye-​catching lighting and furniture.
There are no mirrorballs sadly but there are dozens of chandeliers, glossy bar stools and chairs and sparkling mirrors. Bo Peeps piece de resistance however, is their unique range of mirrored and mosaiced furniture. The price tags aren’t cheap but if you want your pad to look Superfly, you’ll have to dig deep in those pockets!

Cool, shiny, but expensive.
I was lured in here for a browse initialy by the sparkly chandeliers and mirrors in the window display. Inside, I found a wide range of furniture, but with a difference — they specialise in mirrored furniture.
I’m not too sure if I would want a chest of drawers with a mirror on the top, it seems a little vain to me to cover everything with mirrors, although the effect is pretty stunning, particularly in the shop where there are so many mirrrors at every turn!
As well as mirrored furniture, they naturally sell mirrors that aren’t attached to furniture, and many of these are very pretty, well designed and in all kinds of shapes and sizes. There’s also some plain wooden furniture.

If you’ve ever wondered what you look like whilst shopping, you should check out Bo Peeps, where the surfaces of about 80% of the selection are mirrored. Everywhere I looked, there was me — looking: in dressers, nightstands, tables and, of course, the large supply of decorative mirrors.
Some pieces of furniture were made from wood — I saw a few wardrobes and a dining room table in the basement. (It really felt like I was walking into the basement of someone’s home, actually — there was a couch down there as well.)
Other items included lamps, chandeliers and smaller home décor items like little silver boxes. Prices were a bit on the steep side — £500 for one of the larger mirrors (shaped like a sun, very cool), over £1000 for the couch — but it’s some nice stuff and there’s a post-​holiday sale at the moment. Some items — not the greatest ones, of course — are up to 70% off.
